Welcome.

Come and stay at my place, Kim's Kodiak and experience the tranquility, the seclusion, the warmth and
amour of a place that is very dear to my heart, the Rangeley Lakes region.

My house was completed in 2000. All of the interior wood was done by myself with occassional help of
dear friends. The posts and beams were painstakingly sanded, stained, and treated, as was the pine flooring.
All windows were painted and repainted prior to installation and all outside wood is re-stained every
couple of years and the porch and deck follow suit.

There is plenty of parking and space for trailers with boats. Our upper access ramp makes it easy to get out
of your car and into the house.

The land surrounding Kodiak is yours to explore. The property sits on 1 and 1/3rd acres and I invite you to
take a walk in the woods.

There is much to do in Rangeley during the summer, especially on the weekends, so check out the
Calender of Events to see what's happening and book early.
